The Reality of Distance Social Work Education in the Arab World during Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic

This study sought to describe and analyze the reality of Distance Social Work Education in Arab World during COVID-19 Pandemic through identifying social work faculty members' attitudes towards this system, their perceptions on degree its achievement objectives, most important obstacles it faces addition investigating relationship between each variable some demographic characteristics sample. So, is a descriptive, analytical one used survey approach. The sample consisted 248 members Egypt, Saudi Arabia Jordan. It an electronic questionnaire form as primary tool for collection data from individuals. results indicated has negative educational system cannot achieve almost all objectives both wholly partially. Also determined faced by limit competence reach hoped outcomes general. statistical analysis there are statistically significant differences variables age experience (yrs) among sample. Keywords: Faculty – COVID 19 Pandemic. واقع تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية عند بعد في العالم العربي في ظل جائحة کورونا (کوفيد -19) ملخص الدراسة سعت هذه الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل واقع نظام عن وذلک من خلال التعرف على کل اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة تدريس نحو هذا النظام التعليمي ، وتصوراتهم درجة تحقيقه لأهداف وأهم المعوقات التي يواجهها بجانب الوقوف طبيعة العلاقة بين متغير تلک المتغيرات وبعض الخصائص الديموغرافية لعينة وعليه فقد اندرجت ضمن أنماط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية واعتمدت منهج المسج الاجتماعي بالعينة والتي بلغت قوامها (248) عضو العاملين کليات ومعاهد وبرامج الخمة مصر والسعودية والأردن استمارة استبيان الکترونية کأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات مفردات العينة . وقد أسفرت نتائج وجود سلبية لدى التدريس بعد، وعدم تمکن تحقيق غالبية أهداف سواء بصورة کلية أو جزئية، کما حددت النتائج نوعية العديدة تحد کفاءته الوصول للنتائج المأمولة بوجه عام، ومن أبرز أيضا اظهرها التحيل الإحصائي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية السابقة ومتغيري السن وعدد وسنوات الخبرة عينة الدراسة وبناء خلصت بشکل عام أن التعليم بصورته الحالية لا يتوافق مع الطبيعة الإنسانية التفاعلية لمهنة الاجتماعية، وهو الامر الذي يجعل العملية التعليمية خطر وتهديد حقيقي حال استمرار ا(کوفيد-19) والاضطرار الاخذ بهذا السنوات القادمة الکلمات المفتاحية: - -
